My son Kane Ponder recently joined the cross-country team at Westwood Middle School. He is enjoying quite well.
Congratulations to my brother Kyle Berciunas for his accomplishment in the Kenowa Power lifting Meet Aug. 2005, where he won 1st place for the 220lbs. weight class. Kyle lifted a combined weight of 710lbs. Squat 225lbs, Bench press 150lbs, and dead lifted 335lbs. Kyle also competed is the West Michigan Power lifting Tournament Feb 25, 2006, where he took second place in the 275lbs. weight class. Squat 200lbs. Dead lifted 340lbs. Kyle is only 14yrs. What an accomplishment.
